Thanks to the funding and support provided by TANZPAKT RECONNECT, we have been able to focus intensively on the distribution of our productions and place special emphasis on press and public relations. To identify and harness the potential of our work within the independent performing arts sector, we are also holding strategic discussions with industry experts and undergoing a coaching process.
Alongside numerous other activities, regular exchange within the „KOMPLIZ:INNENSCHAFT“(partnership/collaboration network) forms part of our TANZPAKT RECONNECT project, „new situations.“

TRANSPARENT SHARING, MEDIATION, AND FORWARD THINKING – STRATEGIES FOR INDEPENDENT ARTISTIC PRACTICE

Despite or perhaps precisely because of the structural challenges facing the region of Saxony, go plastic, TILL&LUBICH, and the guts company have joined forces to make meaningful use of funding (and thus taxpayer money). In this model initiative, the high artistic quality of each individual company remains autonomous, while costly redundant structures are eliminated through the creation of structural synergies.

Absolute transparency regarding workflows, knowledge, and contacts is a matter of both great importance and critical significance for this trio. Making each other’s work visible counters the prevailing culture of competition and strengthens the participants in their endeavors, both internally and externally.

Dank der Förderung und Unterstützung von TANZPAKT RECONNECT konnten wir uns intensiv um die Distribution unserer Produktionen kümmern und ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit legen. Um das Potential unserer Arbeit innerhalb der freien Darstellenden Künste zu erkennen und fruchtbar zu machen, führen wir außerdem Strategie-Gespräche mit Expert:innen aus dem Feld und durchlaufen einen Coaching-Prozess.

Dem strukturschwachen Standort Sachsen zum Trotz oder gerade deswegen, haben sich go plastic, TILL&LUBICH und the guts company zusammengeschlossen, um Fördermittel – und damit Steuergelder – sinnhaft zu nutzen. In diesem Vorzeigemodell bleibt die künstlerisch hohe Qualität jeder einzelnen Company autonom und gleichzeitig werden teure Doppelstrukturen abgebaut, weil strukturelle Synergien geschaffen wurden.

Ebenso wichtig wie brisant für das Dreiergespann ist die unbedingte Transparenz von Arbeitsabläufen, Wissen und Kontakten. Die gegenseitige Sichtbarmachung wirkt einer allgemeinen Konkurrenzkultur entgegen und bestärkt die Akteur:innen in ihrem Tun und Wirken nach innen wie außen.
