The Goehle-Werk trial took place in 1949 at what was then the Sachsenverlag in Dresden-Pieschen now the Zentralwerk. The defendants included female forced-labor supervisors and the factory director of the „Goehle-Werk of ZEISS IKON AG.“
Collaborative historical research was conducted to explore the questions raised by those who attended the trial, as well as the questions posed by subsequent generations and by us today.

In cooperation with: Zentralwerk e.V., Volkshochschule Dresden, Dresdner Geschichtsverein e.V., and the Stasi Records Archive.

Der Goehle-Werk-Prozess fand 1949 im damaligen Sachsenverlag in Dresden-Pieschen, dem heutigen Zentralwerk, statt. Angeklagt waren Aufseherinnen der Zwangsarbeit sowie der Fabrikdirektor des „Goehle-Werks der ZEISS IKON AG“.
Gemeinsam wurde historische Forschung betrieben: Welche Fragen stellten sich die Prozessbesucherinnen? Welche Fragen stellen sich Folgegenerationen – und wir heute?
